Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Evecart – your trusted destination for home & garden essentials, including Lighting, Bathroom Accessories, Décor, Lawn & Gardening, Pool & Spa, and Pet Supplies. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

       You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

       A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

       During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

 

2. Shipping Carriers

We ship via major carriers including:

       UPS

       FedEx

       USPS

       Freight carriers for large/heavy items (e.g., outdoor furniture, pool equipment)

Carrier selection is based on item size, weight, and destination.

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Contiguous US)

       Delivery: 5–8 business days

       Free on orders over $75

       Flat rate $7.99 on orders under $75

Expedited Shipping

       2-Day Shipping: $19.99

       Overnight Shipping: $34.99

Freight / Large Item Shipping

       Items such as pool equipment, large garden planters, or furniture may ship via freight.

       Freight shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size and zip code.

       Delivery: 7–14 business days; curbside delivery included.

 

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories for certain oversized items. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at evecart.com or directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

6. Shipping Delays

Evecart is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team at support@evecart.com.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

       If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@evecart.com.

       For lost packages, we will file a claim with the carrier after 7 business days past the expected delivery date.

       Evecart is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. Please check with neighbors or your building management.
