Return Policy

At Evecart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• Item must be in its original, unused condition.
• Item must be in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Used or installed pool & spa chemicals or filters
• Live plants or perishable lawn & garden items
• Customized or personalized décor items
• Clearance or final sale items (marked at time of purchase)
• Pet food, treats, or opened pet care items
• Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
• Visit www.evecart.com/returns or email us at returns@evecart.com with your order number.
• Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Pack the item securely and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the item to the address provided by our returns team.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), Evecart will cover return shipping.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Evecart is not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Refund Process
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item (per above policy) and place a new order on our website.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@evecart.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
